Product service and repair

To report a damaged products please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the form below to register your service case.

  2. Send the product to us at the address below:

  3. Our service technician will examine the product and decide whether it needs to be sent on to the supplier or can be repaired by us on site.

  4. If the repair is not covered by warranty, you will receive a cost estimate for the repair. You need to approve the cost before the repair is carried out.

  5. The product is sent back to the address you specified in the form.
